• All vendors must arrive and be fully set up by the designated setup time.
• Vendors are responsible for their own tables, tents, and displays unless otherwise arranged.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations after August 8th.
• The Mutali Diabetes Team reserves the right to approve or deny applications based on event needs and space availability.
