About the event
Mutali Diabetes Presents: Smooth Jazz Benefit Concert and Community Health Fair is a benefit concert aimed at supporting those living with type 1 diabetes, as well as elevating overall health equity in the community. I am combining my passion for music with a commitment to advocating for health and wellness and through my non-profit, I strive to inspire others and raise awareness about the importance of managing chronic conditions while pursuing one’s dreams. This benefit concert is not just a performance—it’s a mission to amplify hope and create lasting impact, and I would be honored to have your support. Our mission is to:
Raise funds for type 1 diabetes non-profits.
Provide college scholarships for young adults living with type 1 diabetes.
Provide scholarships for youth to attend diabetes camp in partnership with Camp Kudzu.
Offer free diabetes and health screenings.
We're also offering local vendors the opportunity to sell their products and promote their brands.
