2nd Annual Mutali Diabetes Smooth Jazz Benefit Concert & Health Fair

Mutali Diabetes Presents: Smooth Jazz Benefit Concert and Community Health Fair is a benefit concert aimed at supporting those living with type 1 diabetes, as well as elevating overall health equity in the community. I am combining my passion for music with a commitment to advocating for health and wellness and through my non-profit, I strive to inspire others and raise awareness about the importance of managing chronic conditions while pursuing one’s dreams. This benefit concert is not just a performance—it’s a mission to amplify hope and create lasting impact, and I would be honored to have your support. Our mission is to:

• Raise funds for to support more programs through the year.

• Provide college scholarships for young adults living with type 1 diabetes.

• Provide scholarships for youth to attend diabetes camp in partnership with Camp Kudzu.

• Offer free diabetes and comprehensive health screenings courtesy of Morehouse School Of Medicine, Beyond Type 1 & TrialNet.

  We're also offering local vendors the opportunity to sell their products and promote their brands.
